3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurate Measurements & Fit
-
Clients must provide accurate measurements and ensure recommended items will fit (doorways, stairwells, ceiling heights, etc.).

All recommendations are based solely on the information Clients provide; the Designer is not liable for costs or losses due to incorrect measurements or access issues.

Variations in colour or finish (due to digital imaging or manufacturing differences) do not entitle Clients to a refund or financial compensation from the Designer.
Inspection of Deliveries
-
Clients must inspect all delivered items for damage or defects and address any disputes directly with the vendor.
Implementation & Results
-
The Designer provides creative concepts only; no on-site visits will be conducted.

The Designer is not liable for dissatisfaction arising from implementation methods or results.

If payment is not received before the scheduled start date, the Client’s start date may be forfeited and rebooked to the next available slot.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All design concepts (including any drawings, presentations, or materials) remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Designer.

3. No Guarantee of Colour or Finish
-
Digital or printed images may differ from actual colors or finishes; Clients accept the risk of these variations.
4. No Refund or Compensation for Personal Preference
-
The Designer’s work ends once the E-Design package is delivered. Dissatisfaction with style or color does not entitle Clients to compensation or a refund.
5. No Liability for Structural or Code Compliance
-
Clients must ensure compliance with local building regulations and structural integrity; the Designer is not liable for related issues.
6. Maximum Liability
-
Under no circumstances does the Designer’s total liability exceed the fees paid by the Client. No indirect or consequential damages will be covered.
7. TERMINATION & DISPUTES
